Welcome to the Kspace International School Winter Booking Form
We warmly welcome overseas students.
Please note this form is for bookings only (not general enquiries).
Kindly complete one form per child.
Class Placement
Children are placed into groups based on their date of birth and age as of 31 August 2025. Our team will confirm your child’s group after review.
Screening (Required for Acceptance)
A screening fee of ¥15,000 per child applies to all overseas bookings and families not resident in Japan. This screening is required for acceptance and must be completed before placement can be confirmed.

The screening consists of a short Zoom meeting with a parent and the applicant, allowing us to appropriately assess placement and ensure we can best support your child.

IMPORTANT NOTES & AUTHORISATIONS

New students are required to complete a paid trial prior to Winter School placement (¥12,500 on-site or ¥15,000 for online screening).

By enrolling, families agree to follow all Kspace policies.

Please note that attendance on Saturday, December 19th includes an additional fee of ¥3,000 (before tax). On this day, children will enjoy a special visit from Santa and receive a small gift.

Please note that Winter School 2026 bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations, make-ups, or service credits are not available for sessions within this period.

An orientation and starter pack, including guidelines, will be shared with families before the programme begins.
