Welcome to the Kspace International School winter booking process. We invite overseas students!

If you book 'All Day', 2hrs of after school are automatically included until 5.00pm.
This is not an enquiry form, it is for booking only.

Class Placement
Your child's group is based on their date of birth and age as of August 31st 2025. Our team will inform you of your child's group.

School Tour/Screening
An additional fee of ¥15,000 per child is mandatory for all overseas bookings and for families that are not resident in Japan. This fee is due prior to the main invoice and will allow you to participate in a virtual tour of our school. We also require a brief Zoom meeting with a parent and the applying student/students prior to accepting the booking. This interactive session assists us to get you know you a little better and gives you an opportunity to find out more about Kspace seasonal camps. Thank you for considering our school, and we look forward to meeting you virtually.

NOTE
All overseas families will be asked to also provide us with child and accompanying parent's photos and photocopy of passports, for registration purposes.
We will also require the address that you will be staying in Japan, when you are aware of it.
We will contact you when we receive your details to advise you of the next steps.

To give you an accurate invoice please complete fields for every date that you want to book.

Acceptance of and adherence to all Kspace policies will be required.

Once paid, there are no amendments/refunds/reimbursed cancellations/make-ups/service credits etc. permitted for dates within this period, for all Winter School 2026 bookings, without exception, including failure to enter/departure from the country. All fees are retained in full by Kspace Ltd.

Screenings are mandatory prior to placement and places cannot be reserved. Overseas residents must arrange a screening and meeting via Zoom @ ¥15,000 pretax per student. If your overseas family will arrive in Tokyo before Winter School begins, the Overseas Screening fee must take place and we might also request that you arrange a paid trial on-site class, prior to December 18th.

Bookings are secured with full payment. There are no paid trials after December 18th 2025, and any attendance in Winter School incurs the relevant guest membership/materials and uniform fees.

Guidelines and an orientation/starter pack will be sent to you prior to Winter School dates.
