Academic Year (2026 to 2027)
Overseas Application Fee
There is a screening and admin. charge of ¥20,000 per student for all applicants overseas, and also for families of students who are not resident/based in Japan at the time of applying.
Entrance Fee
There is an International School Membership Fee of ¥200,000 (per child). This is a one-time payment. International School Membership entitles the student to attend all programmes offered by Kspace.
Annual Fee
There is an annual fee of ¥125,000 for each academic year. This is collected in advance per annum.

An early payment discount is offered when monies are received prior to the payment deadline marked on your invoice. The early payment deadline has fixed dates in October for the Winter Term (January to April 2027), March for the Spring Term (April to July 2027) and May for the Autumn Term (August to December 2027). The early payment consists of a 5% discount when your child attends three times weekly and a 10% discount for attendance of four or five times weekly.
These discounts are not included in the term fees given in the tables below but will appear on your invoice.

Prices quoted for periods Term 2 and Term 3 may be subject to change. In the case of any amendments, any prepaid rates will be honoured and enrolled/incoming families will be given advance notice.

PARENT SUPPORT (All Age Groups) 8:00am – 7:00pm
Parent Support offers children full-time care and gives parents the option to drop off and collect their child any time between 8.00am and 7.00pm. It is a fixed fee.

- Our International Preschool & Kindergarten remain open on some national holidays. We close throughout the year for some planning and development days, 3 x one week half-term periods, and on Parent-Teacher Meeting days. Between terms we run Summer School and Winter School.
- Our Saturday School, Kspace Parent & Child Classes and After School programmes all run at extended periods throughout the year. Each has its own schedule.
