Explore the joy of rhythm, through play! No prior musical experience required, just bring your curiosity and energy!

This fun-filled class is delivered by our dynamic and engaging teachers, who are professional musicians as well as educators. We introduce children to rhythm and music through imaginative games and hands-on exploration with real instruments. From shakers to drums, bells to triangles, our children laugh, move, and learn while making music together. Across the weeks they will make new friends, build confidence and become more enthusiastic about simple performance in front of the group and teachers.

Goals

Let your child dive into the exciting world of percussion! We aim for children to learn to:

• Keep a steady beat through movement and play
• Recognise fast vs. slow, loud vs. soft, and high vs. low sounds
• Create simple rhythm patterns using instruments and voice
• Play various percussion instruments with confidence
• Learn music vocabulary that supports early literacy (in English)
• Build teamwork
• Listen effectively and to increase their self-expression
