Kids’ Fitness

3.00pm to 4.00pm
Ages 4 to 7 Years
After a long day at school children need to run and jump around, feel a sense of freedom and have a physical break. Kids’ fitness class provides a fun and exciting atmosphere while exercising and building basic strength.
This course introduces children to a wide variety of sports, building coordination, balance, and confidence. The curriculum introduces rules and skills through hands-on exercises, includes team, pair and group work, and adds enough competition to keep children pushing forward.
